To receive our 105% Price Protection Guaranty, please provide the URL Web address of the competitor, your name, phone number, order number, details of the product and the competitor's advertised price (including shipping and handling) by email to CustomerService@ElegantMart.com. Elegant Mart will notify you by e-mail of any price adjustment.
The 105% Price Protection Guaranty cannot be used with any other coupon, closeout or clearance pricing, pricing offer, manufacturer rebate, bulk quantity items or typographical print errors. This offer does not include wholesale, contract or manufacturer direct pricing or below wholesale cost pricing.
All price adjustments are determined by the selling price of the item and sales tax and shipping will not be included.
