Shipping & Returns
Elegant Mart makes every effort to ship your order quickly. Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days and time frame varies.
Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped.
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and require a signature upon receipt.
When your order is shipped, a tracking number is issued and provided in a confirmation email from Elegant Mart. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Your billing address must match the information on file with your issuing bank to ensure order processing.
Shipping and Processing Charges
FREE UPS or FedEx ground shipping for orders totaling $100 or more (within the continental United States only).
FREE USPS Priority Mail for all orders totaling $100 or more (APO/FPO addresses only).
Other shipping charges are calculated and presented during the order process. All charges are shown before you complete your order.
Express delivery may be available on certain orders for an additional charge. To find out if express delivery is available for your order, please contact Elegant Mart. We will notify you of additional charges prior to shipping your order.
International orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery of your order may be expected within 3 to 10 business days. All shipments require a signature upon receipt. International orders will incur a customs fee. You are responsible for paying all customs and import duties. Elegant Mart cannot determine these charges in advance. Please contact your local customs office to determine customs charges. It is your full responsibility to verify procedures, customs and duties charges in your country prior to placing your order with Elegant Mart.

Out of Stock Items
Elegant Mart makes every effort to keep all our listed merchandise in stock. Occasionally we are sold out of a certain color, size or style. If we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. At that time, it will be your choice to proceed with the order or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.
Please Note: Most dresses require alteration to achieve a perfect fit. Dresses are made according to standard measurements based on the manufacturer size chart and may be altered to fit you. Alternation is the at the sole cost and discretion of the purchaser and is not provided by Elegant Mart. Please select a larger size based on your measurement and the size chart. While the majority of dresses can be taken in to fit you, most dresses are difficult to let out. All dresses featured at Elegant Mart are US sizes. If you are ordering outside of the US, sizes may run differently.
Because of the special nature of the Industry Standard for Formal Wear business, Elegant Mart does not accept returns. Because Elegant Mart features high quality dresses which are often special ordered in the size and color of your choice, merchandise cannot be returned for a refund. Please measure carefully as you are responsible to select the appropriate size and color. The majority of items feature a size chart on the product page for your convenience. If a size chart is not available or you need assistance measuring yourself, please contact Elegant Mart and we will be happy to assist you.
You may exchange any online purchase to Elegant Mart within five (5) days of receipt*. A one time exchange is permitted for unworn merchandise with an available style, color and size. There is a 10% restocking fee for all exchanges. All exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Free shipping only applies to the original purchase. Elegant Mart performs a 100% inspection of all merchandise prior to shipment from the warehouse. All merchandise must be returned to Elegant Mart in original condition. Return packages are examined immediately upon receipt and merchandise must not have been worn, washed or altered and all original tags must be attached. Merchandise must not have snags, rips, make-up stains, foul odors such as cigarette smoke or other damages or the item(s) will be returned to you at your own expense. When returned merchandise passes inspection, Elegant Mart will ship the exchanged dress to you and send an email containing a tracking number for the new shipment.
Please note all clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Instructions for Exchange:
To ensure a prompt, accurate exchange, email your request to CustomerService@ElegantMart.com. A customer service associate will forward an email to you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions for shipping the item(s) back to Elegant Mart. All exchanges must be postmarked within three (3) days of the issuance of an RAN and RMA. All return merchandise must be returned in the same packaging or comparable packaging as the original shipment. Elegant Mart recommends sending return packages via insured carrier as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen item(s).
Note that exchanges made without an RAN and RMA will NOT be accepted by Elegant Mart.

If your order has not been processed then you may cancel without any fee. All processed orders are subject to the Elegant Mart Standard Return/Exchange Policy.
Refused shipments are subject to a 50% restocking fee plus the original and return shipping and processing charges.
*The date of receipt is determined by the tracking number for your package. For APO/FPO addresses, the receiving date is up to ten (10) days after the shipment.
